The upcoming Flight Volume 3 is set to be released on June 27, but Amazon is taking pre-orders. I've had the chance to see this publication progress and believe me, it's looking pretty damn good. Pre-order yours from here. The roster looks impressive, featuring the talents of Kazu Kibuishi, Kean Soo, Becky Cloonan, Johane Matte and Bill Plympton just to name a few.

The Tampere Film Festivals took place last week. I attended all the three screenings of Bill Plymptons animations and needless to say it was a blast! The bonus was meeting the man himself (plus getting an awesome card with a sketch of Guard Dog) and exchanging a few words. As a token of my appreciation I gave him a copy of the fifth 66°:25° comic, hope you read it on your way back, Bill!It was a pleasure seeing all the classics from a bigger screen. In addition, seeing the films in such a short time really gave an indepth view on how the storytelling and ideas have progressed during his long career. I'm really looking forward to seeing what's up next.
